18th May 2025 is World Therapeutic Horticulture Day. At Grannie’s Caribbean Garden we have been involved in sharing the work that takes place in the Caribbean around therapeutic horticulture. It’s great that Caribbean islands are being included in the World Therapeutic Horticulture map!
